Craft Content Your Audience Craves – And Converts!

Did you know that the average first-page result on Google contains 1,890 words?

And that corresponds with the fact that high-quality content and link building are the two most important signals used by Google to rank your website for search.

Which means that, despite the rise of video on social mediums, there’s never been a more important time to regularly publish valuable content to your website – content that will simultaneously rank well in Google and serve to educate and convert readers into customers.

But how do you do that? Do you just keep publishing blog post after blog post every week until magically you start to see results?

Clearly not. If you’ve been blogging for any amount of time at all you know that it’s a real struggle to see results.

This 10-session blogging and content marketing training is going to help you with that.

I’m Mike Allton – often referred to as the Blogging Brute – and I will be your instructor and drill sergeant. If we haven’t met before, I am an award-winning blogger, author and speaker. I’ve served as CMO, co-founded an amazing private membership group, and currently work at Agorapulse as Head of Strategic Partnerships.

During this training, I will be distilling everything I’ve learned through study and experience about blogging and content marketing over the past decade. This is going to be intense, and extremely rewarding. Each session we’re going to unpack a particular topic in a video module.

You have lifetime access to a private group to be able to ask questions and share progress. Resources and recommendations will be shared regularly!

Which means, by the end of this blogging training you will:

  • Have a firm content plan in place for the coming year and beyond for your blog.
  • Overcome your trepidations about blogging and be comfortable publishing and promoting content.
  • Know how to craft and polish blog posts to interest readers, and keep them reading all the way to the end.
  • Understand your options for making money from a blog and be on your way toward additional revenue streams.
  • Be familiar with advanced techniques for growing your audience and extending your influence.

I am really enjoying this class. I have studied blogging (though failed in the execution) for the last several years but this is the first time I’ve felt like I can get answers to my questions and the feedback that I needed to move forward. I am incredibly grateful that I found you last year. Again, thank you!

Who Is This Blogging Course For?

If you want to be able to use blog content to fuel actual business results – whatever those results might be – you will benefit from the Blogging Bootcamp!

What's Included In This Blogging Course?

Each module includes a prepared presentation – typically 30 – 60 minutes in length – which includes both the video and transcript for both learning styles, and regular live video Q&A sessions with me!

In addition to the on demand video training, you get access to the private group. Not only can you post questions to me there, you can share your latest blog posts and results, and you’ll be welcome to do so long after your blogging bootcamp has included.

You will also receive a complimentary copy of my Content Marketing Workbook, the downloadable guide that I offer to my Content Marketing Workshop students. It has a number of worksheets and planning elements that we’ll no doubt reference often in our training sessions.

And, finally, to make extra sure you are on the right path for the coming year, I’m throwing in a complimentary copy of my digital Blogging Planner! I will show you how to use the planner throughout the bootcamp and leave you armed and ready to create the successful blog you’ve always wanted.

Throughout each and every blog training session, key worksheets within the Content Marketing Workbook and the Ultimate Blogging Planner will be referenced and explained so that you are fully equipped to make the most of your training and free assets.

Bottom line? If you want to get a head start on your content marketing efforts and make sure that this year is a huge year for you, this bootcamp is for you. Particularly if you’ve considered hiring me or someone else to train you!

When I accept a consulting client today, the starting rate is $250 per hour. Even my base math skills can see that 10 hours of training plus on-demand group support would cost at least $2500!

But of course I am not going to charge you that much. I want to help you and I honestly love teaching, but the other truth here is that my time is limited. I cannot take on a dozen new clients in the new year – I wouldn’t be able to schedule that many consulting hours and still keep on top of my duties at Agorapulse. What I can do however is carve out time for group instruction.

  • How is the blogging training delivered?

All 10 video modules are available within the this site, along with additional resources like the planner and workbook, and supplemental training videos. Additionally, regular live video Q&A sessions – Office Hours – are held to give you every opportunity to learn and get the help you need.

  • Are topics assigned or do we choose our own topics to write about?

During the first two sessions of this blogging course, you’ll spend time researching keywords and creating a plan for your content. After that, you will write content specifically for your business on topics that you and your audience care about. By the end of the bootcamp, you’ll have a solid Content Marketing plan in place, and be on your way toward a consistent publishing schedule!

  • Where will the group be?

You will be invited to join a private Facebook Group where you can post updates, ask questions, and engage with your fellow students. You're also welcome to leave comments and questions within the training site, so use of Facebook is not required.
